Note: The State and the U.S. Forest Service enter into a Supplemental Project Agreement (SPA) as a
cooperative effort to implement restoration work on the Gifford Pinchot National Forest (GPNF)
Projects identified will maximize the capacity of GPNF to accelerate the pace and
scale of restoration projects as well as the implementation of these projects. Work under this
agreement will be accomplished within Skamania County on the GPNF. This project is funded
through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL). This agreement is intended to perform statewide
services to assist the U.S. Forest Service to meet the goals and objectives identified in the Gifford
Pinchot National Forest Land Management Plan, the Land and Resources Management.
Amendment 11, and the State’s 2020 Forest Action Plan, that are authorized under Good
Neighbor Authority.
